As Executive and Business coaches, we at Leadership Creativity have the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing people and businesses. During the first week of January, Craig had the privilege of facilitating a Strategic Planning workshop with the Executive Leadership Team from Forwood Safety. Forwood Safety is an international company providing fatality prevention solutions to the most dangerous industries around the world. In short, everything they do works to ensure that every worker is able to go home to their family every day. When you talk about your ‘why’ Forwood Safety’s ‘Making the world a safer place to work!’ is incredibly inspiring. Craig worked with the Forwood team to create their Strategic Plan including key objectives for the next 5 years. The team then developed specific goals and accountabilities across all areas of the business for 2018.
It was an inspirational experience working with the Forwood team. We had loads of fun, achieved some outstanding outcomes and established challenging and inspiring objectives for the coming year. I love what we do and look forward to continuing our relationship with the Forwood Safety Team.
